When will I receive my order?
All orders placed between Monday and Friday are dispatched the next working day. You will receive full tracking information for your order by email around 5pm. GMT time on the day the order is dispatched.
Orders placed after 12pm GMT are subject to the following conditions Friday, Saturday or Sunday or bank holidays are dispatched on Monday or the next working day after the Bank holiday.
The Buyer can expect to receive his/her order within 3-5 (three/five) working days. They are ordered by ordinary shipping.
NEXT day orders received before 12 noon Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. The buyer receives them within 1- 2 dd. Next day orders received after 12 noon on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or non-working days – are dispatched on Monday or the next working day after the Bank holiday.
When ordering goods, the buyer must specify the exact delivery address and recipient.
The Buyer must accept the goods himself. If the Buyer is unable to take delivery of the goods himself, but the goods are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer, the Buyer shall not be entitled to make any claim in respect of the delivery of the goods to the wrong person.
Do you ship goods to all countries?
No. We currently sell and ship goods ONLY in the United Kingdom.

If the Buyer has not received their order or has a problem with the tracking number, please contact EVRI/ HERMES and us at salon@aphroditelounge.co.uk and we will do our best to resolve the problem.
Can I change my shipping address or products once my order has been confirmed and payment has been made?
No. Please check that all the information you have provided is correct before confirming the recipient address and products you are purchasing. Unfortunately, we do not have the possibility to change the products or the recipient’s address.
Returning goods:
Returned goods must be in the same condition as received by the Buyer (this does not apply when returning low quality goods)
Goods of good quality in their original packaging and complete set may be returned within 14 days of receipt.
The returned goods must not be damaged by the Buyer.
Money paid for goods accepted by the Buyer but subsequently rejected shall be refunded to the Buyer’s account no later than 5 (five) days from the date of return of the goods to the Seller.
The Buyer shall be responsible for the safe method of returning the goods to the Seller. The return shipment must contain the Buyer’s receipt, name and order number.
